You arrive, you're offered a coffee or tea, and you sit down for a proper consultation. Not a rushed five-minute chat, a real conversation about what you want, what your hair needs, and what's going to make you feel your best when you leave.

Then the colour goes on. Whether that's a balayage, a full colour, a keratin treatment or a root touch-up, our team of Brazilian-trained hair specialists works with precision and care. While your colour develops, you move to the nail station.
